DROP-IN DINNER: Beef Bourguignon by Dali Chehimi

Beef Bourguignon is one of the true classics of French country cooking, and the very definition of gourmet comfort food. Tender beef slow-cooked with red wine, mushrooms and pearl onions , and served on bed of egg noodles.

A veteran Toronto restaurateur, Dali Chehimi’s storied career has seen him working at iconic restaurants such as Sassafraz, Sarkis and Avec, as well as running Casbah, an innovative pop-up food stall specializing in Tunisian fare.
